Feature Request: ability to pass command line parameters (instead of only relying on the configuration file)

I would like to request the ability to pass command line parameters to SqlDatabaseBackup.exe instead of only relying on the configuration file.   For example: SqlDatabaseBackup.exe "master"+"model"...
